I guess the train station is a pretty good bonus being only 21mins to Liverpool Street, Easy access to M25, A10 erm... Schools... erm big fuck off Tesco's... erm World cup/Euro football riots at the old pond... erm... I live there...
I guess its only Franco that really holds the area back
