Theres got something on the tv guide where you test it and reset, pointless me saying this because i dont know what option it is, i only sit there and dont pay attention......
but look for the signal test and anythig to do with resetting it

Press the services button and it's in there under system test i think
you get signal quality and signal strength. Though the times when mine says no signal received you cant do piss all with it
