Default UPDATED -Cosworth Hydraulic Cam Adjuster Question

I am in the process of checking over the standard shakedown engine thats going in my racecar, and when checking the cam adjusters I found that half are just marked INA as per standard fitment and half are
INA f 46516 75 nr (probably aftermarket).

Now the issue is that the INA marked ones are pumped up solid when the plunger is pushed by my finger (apart from one) bu the others are pretty spongy even when immersed in oil and the air is manually pumped out of them and are horizontal in the oil bath

My guess is the the pumped up ones are fine, as per previous experience, and that I could have problems with the others.

These had all been newly installed and all still look fresh so I had planned on re-using them as its only a short term shakedown install, but the question is :-

should they pump up solid manually in which case the Plain INA ones are fine and I just swap over the others, or will the others just pump up fine as well once installed.

Appreciate any help from experienced people not just guesses as that what I am doing anyway.

cheers

PAUL
