Andy it will most proberbly be the pas belt as mine has this fault
Do you have a ST170 then Doug?
Does yours make the metalic rattle at around 2000 rpm but only when the engine & exhaust is hot?
My ST has got to go back again and they want it for 3 days for them to fix it
