Default Escort RST rear disc brake convertion, how to fit?

Hi.

Just got my rear caliper brackets from Burtonpower. But Im unsure how to fit them. They are not threaded, so I cant fasten them with bolts from the backside of the hub. And Im a bit worried about drilling out my hub if I was to make threads in the brackets. Also, the bracket is designed so that the caliper is placed at 9 or 3 o'clock. Wich way is the best?

I have a RS2000 handbrake wire, but does'nt it become a long strech if the caliper is mounted 9 o'clock? And if I mount the caliper at 3 o'clock, the cable gets a very tight turn to mount properly in the caliper?

What kind of bolts and nuts do I need to make the whole convertion from scratch. All I have is original bolts, complete 2wd cossie rear disc brakes, RS2000 mk5 handbrake wire and the brackets from burtonpower.

Thanks guys.
