but surely gems can do all this at once for ya ? you need the tps to tell the ecu your at 0% throttle to retard the timing , at the same time you will need to lift the idle to enable the air to enter the engine , not only to create the burn process but to prevent stall , my system will actually shut down with no throttle movement after 10 secs to prevent un ness over heat , if your scooby is a bit temperamental with turbos then with als it will eat them for fun with the amount of als your on about running , especially if your gonna have it on a switch for full time als , let t he ecu control it , will be alot easier and more efiiciant in the long run , you know the score , your sat on a start line and theres a car off in the stage so they wont let you go , so you turn it off , then on , then off cause its getting too hot etc etc , not only that butyou dont want to be sat there at 3000rpm , its very crucial to be set up right or when you decel at low revs your car will try and speed up !!!
