basically it depends on certain things

if you want to keep a relatively standard suspension geometry, then the fixed version are fine

if you want adjstability, then you will need the eccentric ones
(they allow you to move position of top of strut and therefore adjust suspension geometry)

the only other option is if you want 1 or two piece top mounts

two piece are easier to service/replace bearings, but 1 piece are the norm.
