If you can read:

Before you go any further you need to know that there is no official register for copyright. It is an unregistered right (unlike patents, registered designs or trade marks).

How can you not understand this??
Will you take a chill pill, jeeeses, you wouldn't want that vein on the side of your head to pop.

As I read it, it still basically says there is bugger all you can do about it in a court of law. Sorry if im wrong but that is how I read that.
