The idle speed is determined by the ECU and as such can't really be adjusted.

IIRC you should remove the ISCV plug, and set the idle to 600RPM by means of the screw on the throttle body, then re-connect.

If you still have idle problems you may well have an air leak or a failed sensor or something like that
