A few weeks ago some of you might have read my post re an Independent Financial Advisor
My Company have just decided to deal us a really low blow because they cocked up on our Pension in 2002 right thru until today, and now they want us to pay up for their mistake.
Anyone on here a specialist in this area or can recommend a website that might help us?
(we only have until this Friday (13th) to do anything about it before they start taking the money from our wages)
Since this time, as we dont have a Union, we instead had a 'huddle' and decided we were going to take the Company on and question the decision they had taken (we stood to loose between £300 - £400) of our wages because of their error.
We called in the Pension watch dog and also dug out some paperwork which showed our sister Company in a very similar situation handle it very differently.
We've been waiting for 2 weeks whilst the Company consulted their Solicitors over what they could get away with, and at 4.50 this evening they announced that they had acted inappropriately and are therefore going to cover the shortfall into the pension fund themselves
Yey............. I can take spending money away with me on holiday now
