Think what he tryin to say mate that the amount of people that try and 'do it on the cheap' hit that many problems that they realise it would have been better/cheaper to do it right the first time round rather than pay out twice the amount when it could have been done 'properly' the first time round, so they decide to break it and cut there losses just MO of course
