Default Just had my Gym Induction!!!!!

Wasnt as bad as I thought it was going to be!! It was only a basic one where they weighed / measured me, took my blood pressure and measured my fat/hydration content.

Apparantly im slightly overweight (I'm 11'10 and should be about 11), my blood pressure is pretty high, my water / hydration levels are excellent and i have 16% fat content in my body which apparantly is 'ok' but could be better??!!

What sort of exercise should I be doing in order to improve the above? I'd like to lose my beer belly and drop a waist size (currently 34" but would like to be at least 32") and also how do i lower my blood pressure??

After the induction I ran about 2 miles and sprinted for about an 1/8th, all on an average angle climb. Felt ok but started getting a sweat up towards the end!!!!
