if you have a xr3i loom, a ofab map sensor and ofab ecu.. convert the loom to work on the ofab..

go on here, click on Escort S2 up the side, then click on efi conversion..
then if u scroll down to where it says "OFAC & OFAB" read the ofab bit, this is how to convert the loom to a ofab loom mate,,

also as you said above that u dont have a pin 8, there shouldnt be one until it is converted, the empty pin u have in pin 8 needs to be taken from pin 27 if you know what i mean,, - - this will give the ecu a co2 pot signal wire now..

then do the same again, move pin 45 to pin 27.. and this one is for the map sensor..

this is all that needs doing to convert a 3i loom to a ofab mate..
