Default Baily vs. Forge

As posted on FT.com

I want to get a DV for my FRST.

I'm unsure which one to go for as i've heard pro's and cons of both. I basically want to know which works best for my car!

I was looking at the standard baily dv24 (£88.99) and the forge fast road type, (£49.95 - forge also do competion ones which are more costly, whats the difference?)

I understand there wont be much difference but still I want to make a more informed decision.

I've noticed that forge also offer a piston type valve.

My big question really is what is better, diaphragm or piston? And after that, whats better forge or baily?

My car is standard apart from a mongoose exhaust.

PS I'm getting a DV because of the heatsoak my piperX suffers of. I still want turbo noises with the responsiveness of the standard airbox with uprated filter

TIA
