hi!

I have a 95 model ford mondeo with a v6 engine that just passe 240 000 km's. and i have a problem with it. the engine goes up to 4000-4500rpm when i have released the pedal. ford shops in Norway, where i come from, have tried 4 times to figure out what it is, without success.. is there anyone out there who have any ideas of hvat i could be?
-When it is hot outside it is worse than when it is cold.
