I’ve paid him £2.4k for his gearbox, and he cashed the cheque on the 18 July. He still hasn’t paid Bernie for the gearbox, and they won’t release the gearbox until the debt has been paid in full, and he authorises the release of the gearbox to me.

He’s not answering his phone, or returning any voice/text messages I’ve left for him. I’m getting a little annoyed now, as this has been dragging on, and it’s a lot of money.

Can some one who knows him please help?
