this is called capacitive re-actance, and is a common cause of interferance, however if its dooing it only on the cd changer setting, try running an independant earth to the changer and that should sort it, as your more likely to have an earth problem on the shitty multi core that runs to the changer.
never knew the technical term as ive never done electronics (well only the VERY VERY basics) but that was going to be my next suggestion if mine didnt work lol
