With the right manifold and exhaust, right cams and a panel filetr with the the engine mapped to suit you should see over 140 bhp, add TB's and management to that with uprated rod bolts and pocketed pistons ( if needed ) you should see 180+bhp

Ver very tunable engines, standard head and valves will flow enough for 190bhp, its the manifolding thats the restriction on standard cars and then the cams and ability to rev.
