why did she need to set up a new account just to do some work

All the accounts should be on there though so thats strange only other thing i can surgest is doing a system restore, you can choose a day when the pc was fine, like 2 days ago before anyone messed with it etc.

If you dont know what im talking about i can explain more.............. i dont know how good/bad you are with computers!
