I have walked into a bank and demanded 10k they soon shut up when you threaten to close your account or kick off etc
its true if you look on any note it says "i promice to pay the barier n demand the sum of ......"
it your money as long as you have it in your account they should give it too you , although i did have the same hassles once with getting 5k off the bank but they soon found it in the safe when i started making a fuss in the branch
