mines is the same mate. never bothered to fix it as it doesnt cause any harm.
the wiring for the reverse lights is under the trim at the passenger seat. 4 wires will be joined together where the loom has been joined

ifyou want the fog lights to work you will need to wire them in yourself as the puma didnt come with fogs.
