always have your blower running with it blowing over the screen. it may take days or weeks to clear all the moisture from the interior but you need a constant flow of fresh air into the cabin that then flows out again at the rear to keep the relative humidity down inside.

even better, use air con

seeing people driving along with misted up windows is one of my pet hates as an a/c engineer, as i know that it's totally avoidable
