It is Oceanic Pro-Tour BCD Delta 3 balanced Reg and Oceanic computer,

All this stuff was top of the line when it came out and i have used it to make a living was very recently serviced and has been maintained regardless of cost

one note the BCD is rear inflation so you have to be very careful using it if in experienced
