My other half went to see an ERST for me advertised as 1.8 ZVH - it wasn't up to his standard but he said looked like every RST he'd owned under the bonnet I said the dipstick clearly would've been a yellow 'T' topped zetec one on the front left (thats where it is on Zetec blocks, surely no one would move it on a CVH conversion, sure all the ZVH's I've seen they are in the original zetec place), isn't this one of the key noticeable differences when you lift the bonnet - no engine pics on the blokes ad and it is suspiciously cheap
Wouldn't the oil filter (in the Zetec position) and perhaps starter motor be in different place too?
