* A warranty
* Proven calibration software
RP labs data logs VERY thoroughly, every single input and output in fact and at user definable resolution.
does it actually data log properly ? i.e saves the data to the ecu ?? then upload it to a lappy ?
Im not actually sure if its possible to log data offline or not, so for competition use you might be right that its logging isnt as suitable as obvioulsy for competition use you dont want to have a laptop in the car, ive only used the online data logging where it does straight to the laptop so far, so cant comment on if other logging is available or not.
so it doesnt really have data logging in a live sence at all, pretty pointless unless your actually looking for a fault, this is the problem with their diagnostic program really, it needs an external storage medium, as no one carries a laptop round with them all day connected to there car

so thats another point to pectel for there lesser specced T2 - data logging.

like i say , im not picking out faults, but this product is being sold as something revolutionary when really it isnt, its just a mod to an old ecu, nothing more. oh and pretty pricey to go with it.
