I set my iso to the highest which for my camera is 1600. I also have a large lense on my camera which meant I could sit further back and wait for them to pose...lol
The key is the larger the iso the quicker it is to take a picture, hence fast shutter speeds with no flash. Not the best for poaster sized prints but great for piccies.
