northan rock will do 130% mortgage, i got one but ony 100% on a 6% interest rate, 200,000 flat interest payment only 1018 a month, put all my fees on the mortgage, they fix 95% on the house and the 5% is unsecured and you pay that off while you pay off you mortgage
