Spybot and adaware are both for adware/spyware, nothing to do with pops up from sites mate, so they wont help at all, your getting these pops up and what not because you dont have an ad blocker.

Im assuming you use internet explorer as your web browser?

Go on to that website above and download the google toolbar, not only does it stop them annoying pops up but you get a search bar, so if you want to search the web for something theres no need to go onto google/ yahoo or whatever
