Waste of time and money IMO. The best thing for abs is to get regular cardio exercise so that they show, then just a few of the normal methods will bring them out. Leg raises, standard crunches etc.
We've no doubt all bought something from the magazines or tv sales techniques they use, i bought one of those plastic and rubber excercises years back, before long it was sat aroung gathering dust. EMS units are the only ones worthwhile that actually do good but stuff sitting arround jerking about for 30 mins just to get 1000 sit ups or whatever.
You don't actually need to do that many stomach excercise if you have a flat stomach. Why work on the floorboards with the carpet still in place? Running etc is what does gets the abs out not millions of sit ups but then these tv people affect people.
