that seems a fair way lynne and a goodcode to go by but on here theres alot that dont respect a mod just when they get there wrist slapped then go on a slatting spree the respect works both ways dont you think mate
Respect does work both ways, but the onus is more on a Mod to have a user's respect.

I have no problem with Andy at all, I am just not keen on the way he deals with issues and that's talking from over 6 yrs experience I've had for being a Mod both on RSOC [twice], SN and a few other smaller bbs. It's all very well going 'gung ho' at users, but I've found, through experience, it's far better trying to do it politely & trying to reason, thus avoiding the situ on PF right now. Both on RSOC & SN, the Mods don't have the ability to ban users, which personally I think is a good thing.
