More entitled than Andy?
Where the only difference is Andy [and all other Mods] have to try and form an unbiased opinion about people and to whether or not they are detrimental to the site.
Try doing that and not wanting to screamtype "C*NT" at people occassionally
You're all allowed your opinion as of course I am allowed mine. I think this site has started to fill up with self important keyboard warriors that think it's a personal WebLog for their daily activities. They appear to feel they can pick on certain members because there's 30 other users ready to post, quoting them with a string of crying smileys.
Yes, more entitled than Andy, as IMO a Moderator has to have respect from the users... the majority of users aren't bothered whether they themselves are respected or not.
A good Mod is one who is not noticed as being a Mod, one who is fair and unbiased, has respect from most of the users and does not enter into slagging matches trying to defend themselves.... nor keep on copying/pasting the rules to justify themselves. The copying/pasting is coming a bit tedious now.
I was a Mod on ScoobyNet for 2 years and all Mods were told to show respect and be polite to all the users, even if you thought they were tossers.... deal with everything by PM and try to reason politely with the keyboard warriors.
