Thought I'd have a bash at making some thermite for a laugh, 1st attempt was shit, proper gutted that it didnt work vids below;

Attempt 1 = bugger
Attempt 2 = more mixture, getting there
Attempt 3 = holy shit, light the blue touch paper and stand well back

The amount used in the last attempt was only 15g imagine what 100g, 500g or 1kg would go up like

Bit gutted I didnt get to melt anything, although the intercooler in the second attempt got hole melted and filled in the same process

More attempts needed with bigger mixture, and a longer arm
