In our terms and conditions, which you accepted when you signed up for BT Total Broadband Option 4, you agreed to an inclusive usage guideline of 50 GB per month.

However, we've noticed that you have exceeded your usage guideline for a second consecutive month . Your usage last month was 87.93 GB and your previous month's usage was 155.01 GB.
What happens next
This email is to confirm a charge of £37 for your usage above the threshold for your product last month. The charge relates to £1.00 (inc. VAT) per GB. This will appear on your next bill. Related charges will continue to be applied if you exceed your usage guidelines.
