Just because its a 60mph limit doesn't mean you have to drive at 60mph

What a crock of shite!!!!

I had to ride my motorbike down the motorway at 25-30mph a few weeks back beacuse of the torrential rain! [Along with all the other traffic on the motorway]. Does that mean all Motorway speed limits should be 30mph??
