guys my esc cos has a uprated clutch no sure could be alcon

any way something must be damaged at idle theres a lot of rattling from the clutch, and when I depress the peddle it stops, its like the noise of a loose vibrating exhaust heat shield.

Is it the release bearing or is it the springs in the clutch plate ?
