A proper Mod will PM the culprit first and try and reach a solution, instead of just pressing the ban button. It come's across as if the Mods really enjoy it when they press that button.
Couldn't have said it better myself. It does seem like one mod in particular likes to get a few punches in first before the button is hit.
Adrian, I don't doubt that Mike messaged (not massaged
) Phil first, but then he's not the mod that tends to be in the centre of this kind of thing. From what little I know "Banchester" has a bit of a reputation for it. I'm sure a lot of toys would be thrown from various prams if someone like Chip or Phil were put in power. Just a thought.
This kind of things tend to put 'The Mods' in a bad light, however unjust.
