Right, well you've proved the pump is sending fuel, its unlikely but there is
a chance the pump might not be generating enough pressure.

The EMPA could be fucked inside and not allowing the fuel to pass, or it could be the metering unit but they usually over fuel or leak, not stop supplying fuel.

Do you know anyone with an RS that would lend you their EMPA for a simple swap and test?
