To host the domain you have bought on your own computer you will need to have a fixed IP address from your ISP. Plus you will need a fast Internet connection and leave your computer on of course.

TBH you may as well host with one of the many cheap hosting company’s for around £60 a year. You will get about 50 meg space for a basic package which is loads for a standard website.
