im going to be doing my 1st service in 200 miles time and was just wondeing what the best parts to use for optimum results

its a modeo mk1 2.0l salloon zetec engine

i just dont want to get the cheap stuff i want the engine sweet

so things like

oil
filter
plugs

etc etc just general service items
