Need a bit of advice with my focus 1.6 zetec. I was recently away in america for 5 weeks. my car was left lying at home and as a result the battery went flat. I also left the car with very little fuel in it. before i came home i got the brother to make sure the car would start. he had to jump start the car using leads and because the battery was flat left the car running for a while then turned it off. when i came back home i put fresh petrol in the car and the battery was full charge. when i try to start the car the engine just turns over like it is getting no petrol. there is no buzzing noise coming from the fuel pump from the back. all the fuses are ok but not sure about the relays. the car is an 03 with 40000miles so not had much driving to need a new fuel pump.

Would anyone have any ideas what the problem might be with the car?
