Default yes it is

yes its worth it, although it does firm it up quite a bit!!! (if that is what your after)

you will be shocked at how quick it comes out!!!!

remove rear wheels, take the exst off from d/pipe back, undo the 4 bolts that hold the back of the prop on, release h/brake cable pin and clip, undo lower rear shock bolts, release(after clamping)2 x upper brake hoses, unbolt rear a/r/b , unbolt diff mnt from floor , unbolt front beam mnts and your whole back end has just crashed to the floor(if you forgot to support it)
I changed all rear hoses (to aeroquip type) and renewed all rear b/lines while mine was off as they are a lot easier to do then(might be a thought)

I had mine all out , changed all bushes, renewed all rear lines and hoses, welded up the chassis rails with no other help apart from my 6 year old to hold brake pedal down when i bled them it took me all day and some of the evening, however i did have quite a bit of welding to do!!!

I reckon you could piss it in a morning with 2 of you and just changing the bushes!!!!
