Oh bless you Darlin. I did get your PM yesterday but was waiting til I had the time to make a decent reply. Am SO sorry Darlin and I know it’s no consolation right now but we have all been there. Last year I thought I was with The One and I too was DEVASTATED when it ended. Snot ran from my nose on a minutely (not that that’s a word) basis for several months. My life was over and at age 27 I may as well have got myself a troop of cats and have become a Herbert, but Treacle things do change for the better. Plus is it not better to know now than in twenty years time when there’s not only you two to worry about but possibly some kids and a mortgage too.

You’re a diamond and the perfect (not that there’s just the one) will realise that and hold on with both hands. I tell ya, I aint letting go of Dave for love, money or a GT40 (well o9kay, maybe the last one )

And Darlin, this is not a tactic to get you down here this weekend but distractions DO work. Sitting home being sad all on your lonesome does you NO favours. At least if you get out you’ll be distracted a little bit. Come down this weekend, we’ll pick ya up, drop you off, get you smashed and make sure you’re fed. Once you’ve had Benn chase you round the garden ten times full of dodgy intentions you WILL forget for a good twenty minutes!
