Alright so it buggers up any squish you may of had.

Does this effect your resistance to detonation??? I don't know. I have not noticed any un reasnable results.

Is squish needed at all on the sort of engines we want to build? Not sure.

I have seen some very impressive results using very thick headgaskets.

I have a solution that i use on a zetec engine that is very reliable, but you won't see much change from £100.

For a budget ZT wanting up to 250 bhp, i think they are a viable option.
