I did this mate.
I had an interview at one of their big offices near Winchester. I went for a techy position with the plan of working up so I rigged my A Level results based on their not so hard to work out online application form. I got to first round interview with 49 other tech wanabbies.
For an interesting bit of trivia which I intended to quote should I have made the afternoon session. The guy who created IBM, was unqualified from memory. I was actually going to say to the interviewer that it shouldnt be soley paper based but practical as well. I wouldnt have taken a job under false pretences as it isnt worth it but interview stage I thought was worth it.
In the morning session, they did the usual tour etc and split us into teams of 6 who had to work on a mini project in a room with 3 observers taking notes. My mate had got in during the previous year intake and is still there as an accountant so gave me some tips. You essentially have to divvy up the roles and complete a task in a time frame, however no one thinks to alocate a clock watcher to demonstrate time planning. I allocated this to myself which went down well from the feedback provided.
I did a lot of research for this job but threw it all out about a year ago I think. I really wanted the job as a spring board position.
Best of luck to her mate.
