Would saff 4x4 running gear fit straight into a 4x4 RS2000???

I have the chance of buying a decent RS2000 4x4 without engine and box and was thinking a buying a rotten saff and swapping the running gear over onto the escort.

Is it possible and what potential problems might i have in doing this?
