it depends what way you want to do it

i did my own on my saph (similar set up) and it wasnt that bad,the best way to do it is drop the complete rear beam with all the suspension, diff, shafts and brakes attached to it and then you can dissamble the componants in relative ease and reassemble them the same,the old bushes in the trailing arms if there original will require a press to push them out and they can be very tight the new polys are in 2 halfs and just push in the big donut polys that fit into the beam can be a bit of a

to squeeze in and when u lift the complete assy in to position you will think that the bolts that go through the donuts are to short but they just about make a thread and then tighten them up until they stop,believe me thr donuts will compress even though its looks impossible,
