and when they do join the eu and the price of living goes up the local people wont be able to aford to live thier so the market will be overflowing with properties thus driving down the prices?
a tricky one to get right but i supose its always a gamble as said its been rinsed the moneys been made already
my cousin got a farm house for 4k out thier a couple of years ago and hes happy its worth about 10 now its not brilliant profits by all means and hes out thier for a differnt life not investment
better off doing a resto or something over here with a 20k deposit
