Why are you people comparing this to a book-a-track day or any other day at Donnington?

Most summer days at Donno are what, £220?

Now bear in mind that it's not simply the circuit that is being hired, but the entire venue, PLUS Donnington are recieving a certified full attendance from a solid reputable buyer.

Also consider that it it (or was) a members only day, and that the club are supposed to offer a subsidy. From what I remember, BaT days haven't gone up more than £10 since last year, so I fail to see the comparison.

Consider that regular trackday attendees such as myself wont be going (for the first time in 6 years) purely because it is cost prohibitive, and obviously there is a problem. Is this not highlighted by the fact that the day hasn't even sold out yet, where last year, it was sold out within three days?
