there's something seriously wrong methinks. From a cold start, it should take what, 20 - 25 mins before the fan kicks in surely I know that when it get's to a certain temperature, it's set to drop the rev's to 800 RPM.

Is the rad fucked, is there water in it obviously, is there any oil in the header tank ? White smoke out the exhaust ?
