Just did my rear disc conversion, all on, all working.

Main problems

We bled on the the 2 rears with a 1 way valve kit, but the brakes are totally soft and spongy like anything do we need to bleed the fronts aswell?

The right pads constantly rub, not major on braking they make a funny ticking type noise.

Apart from that alls fine. Any solutions or anyone had this problem before.
